Πώς να σχεδιάσεις ένα ταξίδι που δεν ξέρεις τίποτα γι’ αυτό; Δεν ξέρεις πόσο διαρκεί, που σε οδηγεί, από που θα περάσεις, ποιους θα συναντήσεις. Δεν ξέρεις αν πράγματι είναι ταξίδι, γιατί δεν ξέρεις αν υπάρχει κάτι από εσένα σ’ αυτό, αν υπάρχεις ή απλώς το σχεδιάζεις και μετά το καταπίνει η μαύρη άβυσσος…

He did not find fame spending dusty days picking at shale in search of ancient trilobites. Nor has he traipsed the African bush charting the sex life of wildebeests.
